We've reimagined our Dutch-Style Genever Gin, Dutchy Thomas, by ageing it in Bourbon Barrels for 100 days.

Taking the original Dutchy Thomas tasting notes of rich, malty smoothness, ruby grapefruit, oranges and juniper berries, we've elevated them to the next level. The transformed profile boasts tasting notes of choc-orange, creamy caramel, oak, and whisky tones, delivering a seamless, rounded, full mouth finish.

Barrel Aged Dutchy Thomas is best served neat or on the rocks.

Alternatively, enjoy mixed down in the classic Martinez, the decadent Vieux Carre or a delicious Penicillin.

We often hear "This should be barrel-aged!" when customers sample our Dutch-Style Genever Gin, known as Dutchy Thomas.
And so, we did just that! Placing the Dutchy Thomas distIllate inside 100lt ex-Bourbon barrels, we aged this Gin for 100 days over the cooler Autumn and Winter months. Straight from the barrel, we were introduced to a Gin that defies expectations; with accentuated chocolate-orange notes, creamy caramel, oak essence and whisky undertones.
