Preparation

Infuse a bottle of Ginger Mick Gin with a heaped tablespoon of Dilmah Blood Orange & Eucalyptus Tea. Allow it to sit for two hours, then strain; once infused, it will keep for up to six months.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Blood Orange & Eucalyptus Infused Ginger Mick Gin
  • 25ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • 25ml Lime & Ginger Cordial

Method

Add the infused gin, citrus juices and cordial to a shaker, fill with ice, and shake briskly. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass, then garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel for a final flourish worthy of Little Lon.
