COCKTAIL TIME:

Maud's Rhubarb Sour - by Little Lon

Ingredients:
• 45ml Maud's Rhubarb & Violette Gin Liqueur
• 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 20ml Simple Syrup
• 15ml Egg Whites

Method:
Drop 3 cubes of ice into a shaker. Add gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white. Shake for 10 seconds. (This is called dry shaking and is used to initially incorporate ingredients.)Add more ice to half fill the shaker, then shake for another 10 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail coupe (Or in this case over a large ice cube into a larger tumbler). Garnish with mint, strawberry, raspberry or flower. Enjoy!
