As pretty as a painted lady and twice as charming, our Pink Gin Fizz is a sweet-and-zesty concoction with a naturally rosy hue, courtesy of Maud’s Rhubarb Gin.
Effortlessly elegant and devilishly easy to make, it’s the sort of drink that looks as though you’ve spent all evening preparing it even if you’ve only just stepped in from the lane.

INGREDIENTS

• 30ml Maud’s Rhubarb Gin
• 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 30ml Vanilla Bean Syrup
• Soda Water

METHOD

Add the gin and lemon juice to a tumbler glass, fill generously with ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with a rhubarb stick or a handful of fresh raspberries, then raise a glass to the colourful characters of Little Lon.
