Dutchy Thomas is our distinctive rendition of the beloved Dutch style Gin - or Genever, the precursor to London Dry Gin as we know gin today.

It's whisky meets gin, and is crafted from our a malt barley base, greeting the nose with a delightful blend of rich, malty undertones, and hints of chocolate, caramel, and liquorice, it unfolds into a finish that is creamy, buttery, and wonderfully intricate. 

Dutchy Thomas is best served neat or on the rocks. Alternatively, hero in a Martinez or enjoy mixed down in your favourite whisky cocktail.
