PREPERATION

INFUSE GINGER MICK GIN WITH DILMAH BLOOD ORANGE & EUCALYPTUS TEA

  • INFUSE BOTTLE OF GINGER MICK GIN WITH HEAPED TABLE SPOON OF DILMAH BLOOD ORANGE & EUCALYPTUS TEA
  • LET SIT FOR 2 HOURS AND STRAIN (SHELF STABLE FOR 6 MONTHS)

INGREDIENTS

45ML BLOOD ORANGE & EUCALYPTUS INFUSED GINGER MICK | 25ML FRESH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE | 10ML LIME JUICE | 15ML FRESH ORANGE JUICE | 25ML LIME AND GINGER CORDIAL
METHOD
  1. ADD INFUSED GIN, JUICE & CORDIAL TO A SHAKER
  2. FILL WITH ICE & SHAKE WELL
  3. DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A CHILLED COUPE GLASS
