Highlighting local Australian botanicals, this second limited release Absinthe boasts a contemporary flavour profile that complements the French recipe of long ago. Utilising traditional distillation methods and our own malt barley base spirit, expect a pleasing creamy malt sweetness, along with flavours of strawberry gum, lemon eucalyptus, river mint, liquorice root, salt bush and anise myrtle.

Enjoy diluted by pouring iced water over a sugar cube into 30mls of Absinthe. 

Alternatively, Absinthe can be added to classic cocktails for a delightful, indulgent experience.
