Ginger Mick boasts bright and crisp citrus notes, and bursts with the sweet and sourness of ruby grapefruit. A hint of ginger tickles the back palette, with a viscosity rounding-out the mouth-feel.

Bursting with the scent of rosemary and pine on the nose, Proudfoot is generous in juniper berries for a robust yet fresh Melbourne gin full in flavour, with a touch of pepper lingering on the back palette for a well-rounded finish. 

Distilled with fresh seasonal lychees, Miss Yoko tempts you at first with vanilla and a subtle lychee sweetness. On second pass, the fragrance of suppressed juniper and citrus tantalise the taste buds, with a hint of cinnamon spice, and sweet lingering lychee fruit rounds out the finish.
