PREPERATION

A Martini is a simple affair; gin, vermouth, and a garnish fit for a gentleman or a rogue. Yet with Proudfoot Gin at its heart, this classic concoction becomes something far more memorable: crisp, refined, and just a little mischievous.

INGREDIENTS

• 60ml Proudfoot Gin
• 15ml Regal Rogue Daring Dry

METHOD

Stir the gin and vermouth over ice until properly chilled, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Finish with a lemon twist for elegance, or dirty it up with an olive, or two, should the evening call for a touch more trouble.
