BLUSH Gin Liqueur is distilled with traditional Chinese botanicals including JuJubes, Goji Berries, Chrysanthemum and with colour from a Chinese Bayberry maceration.
A tribute to East meeting West, BLUSH is a collaboration between Thanh ‘Fruit Nerd’ Truong and Little Lon Distilling Co. where tropical Asian fruit flavours blend with expertly crafted traditional gin botanicals.
Says Thanh: My grandfathers were both Chinese herbalists, and while this blend is a nod to my culture and heritage with a strong focus on the traditional Chinese medicinal combination, we have favoured vibrant and fresh ingredients to create a bespoke and limited gin liqueur that features: Australian Chico Jujubes, Zhejiang Dongkui Red Bayberries, Chrysanthemum Flowers and Goji Berries. Individually, each ingredient is both beautiful and fragrant. Combined, they create something quite extraordinary.

Bursting with the sweetness and glorious crimson colour of the Chinese Bayberries, Blush Gin Liqueur has a complex herbal nose with a hint of apple and citrus. BLUSH can be enjoyed neat, or mixed in a variety of cocktails or simply poured over ice, top with soda and garnish with strawberries!

Our BLUSH gin liqueur is a beautiful balance of Chinese citrus and herbal botanicals so naturally a citrusy bitter orange vermouth next to a Grapefruit vermouth helps to bring out these flavours even more. With the addition of Gospel's Rye Whiskey this cocktail was given the subtle depth it needed.

• 30ML BLUSH GIN LIQUEUR
• 10ML GOSPEL RYE WHISKEY
• 10ML REGAL ROGUE VERMOUTH
• 10ML UNICO VERMOUTH
• 15ML PINK PEPPERCORN INFUSED SUAGER SYRUP
• 30ML LIME JUICE
1. ALL ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A SHAKER AND FILL WITH ICE
3. DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A COUPE
4. GARNISH WITH AN ORANGE TWIST!
